    cozy atmosphere
    friendly staff
    remote location
    limited dining

    Here’s what works – and what doesn’t

Staying here feels like a dream with serene trails nearby, a cozy atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly, professional staff. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and easy access to vineyards and attractions.

While the setting is peaceful, the dining options aren’t readily accessible, meaning some planning is necessary for meals. The remote location may limit spontaneous outings.

    cozy atmosphere
    noisy environment
    slow internet

The motel features a cozy atmosphere and clean facilities.

The noise from the upstairs room was unbearable, making it hard to relax. We found the Wi-Fi to be incredibly slow, rendering it almost useless during our one-night stay. Additionally, the lack of nearby dining options made our meal planning a hassle, leading to inconvenience.

    lack of breakfast

Our stay was enjoyable with the family. rooms were clean, and the beds were cozy. We appreciated being close to the Shaw Festival Theatre. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our visit.

My wife says that a breakfast option would have been great.

    cozy decor
    fantastic shower
    comfortable balcony
    upstairs noise
    wifi issues

The room felt cozy with beautiful decor. I loved the well-stocked mini fridge and the thoughtful addition of wine glasses. Every detail seemed crafted for comfort, especially the gorgeous balcony where I spent some evenings. The shower was fantastic, providing a nice start to the day. However, the noise from the upstairs room was a bit distracting, which impacted relaxation. Wi-Fi struggled to connect reliably, making it tough to plan daily activities. Dining options were sparse, requiring some driving to find meals. Despite these issues, the friendly and accommodating staff made check-in smooth and pleasant. I'd definitely consider returning.

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service!

Our stay was delightful! The location offered a peaceful retreat, perfectly positioned between the falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Deb's attentiveness after a minor issue made us feel valued. Although dining options require a drive, packing snacks for the day made our trip even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

I loved the Standard Queen Room! It felt super spacious and comfy, way nicer than I expected for a motel. There were these cute handmade chocolates waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. The free parking and ice was convenient too.
